Office Policies


To schedule an appointment, please call (203) 264-0244. Same day or next day appointment. Requests for emergency visits are always made available. When arriving for an appointment, please bring your insurance cards, and identification. New patients are always welcome.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient. Patients will be billed for late cancellations or no-shows.

Dental Insurance:
Our office participates with most dental insurance plans. Patients who assign benefits to the office are responsible only for their deductible and co-payment. Patients may also have the option of paying the dental fees and then receiving their insurance reimbursement check directly from the insurance company. Check with your carrier. Please bring your insurance identification card when you visit our office. Our professional team will be glad to assist you with maximizing your benefits.

Financial Policy:
Payment is expected at the time of each treatment. Co-payments and co-insurances are due at the time services are rendered. Forms of payment accepted by the office are checks, cash, insurance assignment and the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa. 0% financing is available for approved clients.
